About me

I come from a hairdressing background of many years and several years as an cosmetology educator. During those years behind the chair and teaching, encountering many types of people with many life challenges. My sincere desire to help others led me to realize I was not equipped to offer guidance, that's when I began my journey into self discovery.

In 2015 I participated in a Spiritual Development class, and discovered more about myself and my purpose, which guided me into what is now my life’s passion. Shortly after, I attended a Usui Reiki Class and obtained my certification as a Master/Teacher.

In April 2016 I attended Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where I received two diplomas, Mind Body Wellness and Integrative Healing Arts with certifications in Integrative Clinical Hypnosis,, Transformational LIfe Coaching and Spiritual Advisor studies with an ordination in the Universal Brotherhood Movement (a pastoral certification) and knowledge in other modalities, EFT Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping and Toe Readings.

In 2018 I began a journey into past life regression hypnosis, and received certifications in Past Life Regression and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Level 2. I have studied and practiced to perfect Rapid Induction Hypnosis Dave Elman and Milton Erickson technique for added hypnosis results. I continued to broaden my knowledge and expertise in hypnosis by taking an advanced course in PTSD protocol called, Catch PTSD Clinical Hypnotherapy (Crisis and Trauma Clinical Hypnotherapy).

I studied Shan'Ysy Ancient Stone Healing under International Medium Dave Vickers.With completion of studies, I was certified as a Shan'Ysy Ancient Stone Healing Practitioner and Teacher of this lost yet newly found method in energy healing. July 2026, I studied extensively, tested, and conducted the required case studies in the SRA protocol to receive a certification in Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release Therapy, from the Spirit Release Academy based in England. A proven protocol in how a person can release trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, spiritual attachments of various types. These clearings have proven efficacy for long term benefits of health and wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
