About me

I live in Singapore and have studied or lived in several countries - Indonesia, Singapore, the USA, and Australia before returning home to set down roots again. 

When life became challenging on many fronts, I began searching for healing through meditation and many forms of energy work. In 2022, I decided to take active steps by learning Reiki, then Rahanni, Spirit Release Therapy, and a few other modalities. I was determined to heal as much as I could - from inner child wounds and ancestral patterns to the emotional recovery following two surgeries in 2024. 

I have always been sensitive to energy and spirits since I was three years old. Over time, I recognised that this sensitivity was not a burden but a calling. Spirit Release Therapy, in particular, spoke deeply to me because of its gentle power to release attachments, restore energetic boundaries, and reconnect people with their true essence. 

I now work with married women and mothers who feel energetically depleted or emotionally fragmented. Many of my clients come to me when they have lost touch with their voice, identity, or sense of peace. Through a safe, Spirit-led process, I support them in reclaiming their energy, finding clarity, and remembering who they truly are. 

My work brings together Spirit Release Therapy, Rahanni Celestial Healing, and Usui Reiki to create a nurturing, transformative space for healing and renewal.
