Hey! Iām The Ashley Jenn, a Spirit Release Therapy facilitator who can blend energy work, somatic tools, and trauma-aware support to help you feel more like you. I bring in Reiki, body-based practices, and an understanding of how early life experiences (ACEs) can show up in our energy and emotions. My goal is to create a grounded, supportive space where healing feels safe, personal, and even a little magical.
