Hi, I’m Cathy. I live in the beautiful Devon countryside in the UK!

I’ve been highly sensitive to the energy of people and places since I was a child and had some very early experiences of being aware of earthbound spirits. It wasn’t until a challenging time later in life that I experienced a full spiritual awakening and my psychic awareness came fully online! I felt a strong calling towards supporting those who feel stuck in life and disconnected from their soul purpose. I also developed a heightened awareness of earthbound souls, feeling their presence around me, and began assisting them to move into the light.

This path led me to train as a Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regressionist and Beyond Quantum Healing Practitioner, and to set up my wellness practice – Infinite Me.

I was led to The Spirit Release Academy through a sequence of synchronicities and was blown away by their incredible work and body of research. I just knew I needed to train with the Academy. Since then, I have become an accredited Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release Therapist, offering spiritual clearings for people, properties and land in need.

For those who are on an awakening journey or seeking to heal deeply and multidimensionally, I offer a Soul Mastery Mentor pathway that begins with a spiritual clearing, followed by a blended and holistic approach that may combine hypnotherapy, quantum healing, past life exploration and spiritual mentoring, tailored to individual needs.

I specialise in helping those who feel stuck in an area of their life, are living in fear or with persistent anxiety, recovering from trauma or toxic relationships, navigating life transitions, or feel they have lost their sense of self. I also mentor those going through a spiritual awakening who want to clear dense energy, karmic imprints and understand themselves on a much deeper level.

I hold space for my clients to clear what no longer serves them, heal deeply, reconnect with their intuition, access spiritual support and discover who they truly are – so they can move towards their infinite potential.
