About me

I’ve been sensitive to the subtle world since childhood, though for many years I did not have the confidence to name it. A defining moment came at age ten, when I sensed a dark presence in a house my family was viewing: an experience that shaped the way I recognise energetic imbalances.

Raised in a multi-generational, strictly religious household, I learned early on to keep these sensitivities private. My spiritual path began in 2000, and over time I trained in a range of healing and intuitive practices, gradually remembering my spiritual purpose.

My path to Spirit-Guided Remote Spirit Release (SGRSR) Mediumship grew out of many years of supporting people and places affected by negative energetic disturbances. After a particularly challenging case in late 2025, I asked my Spirit Team for guidance, and discovering the SGRSR programme soon afterwards felt like a clear answer.

When I work, my intention is simple: to listen, to hold sacred space, and to support the clearing and restoration carried out by the Spirit Team when something is misaligned; offering a calm, respectful presence for release and healing. My approach is based in discernment and deep trust.
