About me
I am dedicated to healing and searching for the most effective ways for people to heal their past so they can live their best future. I started out in the mental health field counselling adults and adolescents, focusing on healing from trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. However, it became clear over the years that traditional mental health approaches did not always get to the root of the problem.
Sometimes the root of an issue is in a past life or on a spiritual level. I have pursued certifications in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release. I am so excited to be a facilitator of SGRSR in order to help more people along their healing path.
