About me

Karlie’s work is rooted in lived experience. After navigating years of mental health challenges, trauma, anxiety, and the long process of finding her way back to feeling safe in her body and spirit, what began as personal healing slowly became a calling: to be the
supportive ally she once searched for herself.

As a Reiki Master, intuitive rune reader, and spiritual guide, Karlie bridges energy work with an informed understanding of the nervous system, stored trauma, and emotional integration.
Her approach honors both the spiritual and psychological aspects of healing, creating space
that is grounding, ethical, and deeply human. She believes healing must feel safe and steady before it can feel expansive and that when the nervous system is supported, intuition naturally begins to rise.

Karlie holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, Tuning Fork Sound Healing, and Akashic Records Level 1, and brings these tools together to support those navigating trauma, anxiety, and spiritual exploration. Her work is not about fixing or defining anyone’s path, but about guiding, reflecting, and holding space so individuals can
reconnect with themselves in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Whether through Reiki, sound-based regulation, intuitive rune readings, or Spiritual Foundations education, Karlie shows up with warmth, honesty, and a grounded sense of humor, offering support that meets people where they are, while honoring where they’re going.

Beginning Spring 2026, she will be expanding her practice to include deeper soul-level and
integration-focused work for those ready to explore the next layer of their healing and spiritual growth.
