About me

I am a qualified Spirit Release Practitioner, QHHT, Reflexologist, Clinical Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist and accredited Holistic Therapist Trainer based in Matlock, Derbyshire.

With many years of experience in holistic therapies, I combine my professional knowledge with a compassionate and intuitive approach, creating a safe and supportive space for healing.

Alongside supporting my clients, I am passionate about teaching the next generation of reflexologists and massage therapists, sharing my knowledge and experience through professional training and mentoring.

I am also a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, and my work is very much centred around treating the whole person — mind, body and spirit. Whether I am guiding someone through Spirit Release, working intuitively within a treatment, or inspiring future therapists through my teaching, I aim to help people understand themselves on a deeper level, release what may be holding them back, and move forward with greater clarity, balance and wellbeing.
