I have learnt a lot during my journey about how negative energy & entities can attach and effect a person mental, emotional & physical well-being! Most people ask how did I start my journey! Well as most know I had a detrimental breakdown in 2018 followed by one major spiritual awakening & dark nights of the soul. That’s when my journey really started in seeing spirits and attachments. I had a three-year journey through the mental health services and having different trauma therapies such as CBT & EDMR therapy on my journey to recovery- Thats when Reiki found me! Then I progressed into different areas of healing modalities. I’m clairaudient and clairvoyant, whilst using Clair cognizance abilities. Before this I spent over 15 years working in different sectors of the Mental Health industry looking after adults with different types of illnesses and addictions.
